   What if she still cared

   What if he had chosen to stay
   What if he was still there


   What if we never met
   What if I’d never touched your hand

   What if we were still strangers
   What if you had chosen another man


   What if  we fall deeply in love
   What if  we never part

   What if you never love me
   What if you break my heart


   What if I said nothing at all
   What if I pledge my heart, forever and true   

   What if  you’r  waiting for my lead
   What if I were to say “I love you”
