Hot Rain

there was a hot rain last night
the kind that makes the streets steam
we ran wildly and jumped in the puddles,
ahead of you i turned to take a peek at you
your eyes caught me in my excitement
you told me how sexy i looked
with my dripping hair
and soaked through shirt
you took off yours and chased after me
your arms wrapped around my stomach and spun me around
i smiled and giggled at the intensity in your face
this stopped you a bit
and you then smiled too
you kissed my eyes lids
an told me you loved me
and we ran wildly in the hot rain
