chocolate cheese

darling, let me melt you down
my jaw is on the ground
i'm drooling for your soulful sounds
and fooling nobody
my body's already red hot
fire
i want to mix you up with desire
steam with me
through the delicacies
the storming of our oceans
the thrashing of our seas
let me stretch you out
kiss away the drought
turn it up a notch
and perfect this recipe without
cavity preventive measures
love may be argued as bittersweet at best
i'm optimistic
and determined for a taste-test
of your treasure chest
i'm simple in my guessing
that your blushing's only skin deep
only undressing ever proved a salad's inner shine
i want to be your leafless lover
metaphors or not
i want to waste my time with you
i want a taste of what you've got
i wouldn't digest you
i'd be pretty hard pressed to best you
you're a flavor i'd love to savor on my tongue
i'd swirl you there
and bank on never waking up
without a smile again
the up-side of this cheese
is that i do it just to please you
and that's as real as reality could hope to be
