Power Play

Anticipation of you arrival charges my batteries
Turbines squealing with built-up capacity
Each nerve-ending alive with excitement
And with one touch, one sweet caress
Electro-chemical
DYNAMITE
Leaves me weak and spent.

So in a bid for sheer survival
I hungrily draw back my strength from you
Through slow breaths, ever-quickening
And low moans, ever-thickening
Intensity ever-heightening
Until
At last
All your energy bursts into me.

And now, at equilibrium, I ask you:
Who can fight the first law of thermodynamics?
