Why do I miss you? I have not talked to you in forever (Well three days) But it seems like a million years. I wish I could tell you how I feel But instead I sit here at night Writing away, posting my deepest Feelings for other people to read. And yet I cant get the courage to tell you. Maybe its because I know they can relate, or Maybe it just makes me feel better to get it off my chest Whatever the answer, I wish I could just get the balls to tell you. The song was by Vanessa Carlton, titled "A Thousand Miles". I giggled a little when I heard it, because you are exactly a thousand miles Away from me right now. She says "Its all these times I think of you that I wonder if you think of me?" I thought it was ironic, because I do think of you and I hope you think of me while you are gone, and realize that we are more than just best friends.... I want to end this with the chorus to her song. It sums up how I feel perfectly..... " If I could fall into the sky, do you think time would pass me by, cause you know I would walk a thousand miles if I could just see you, If I could just hold you... tonight" |
