Why can't you be decisive? Just love me or damnit let me go I think you are confused, Maybe there are things in both Of us you cant live without, Or are you just content With your safety zone Maybe you do love her But how can you act the way You do when you are with me. The only reason I keep hanging on Letting you float back in forth Is to give you more time, Give you the time you need to decide If you will settle for her, or take a chance with me I want to leave you alone God knows I do But something keeps telling me to hold on Maybe I am a glutton for punishment Or maybe good things really do come To all those who wait As much as it pains me I can't hold on much longer I know you are a stickler for continuity But sometimes, at some point in our lives We all need a little change. |
