What the hell happened that night? by the lake, waves crashing. Your face softly lit by the moonlight. My stomach full of butterflies. We danced over each others words all day Each knowing what we were thinking, but waiting for the other to step up. And look where it led us. =) I smile when I think of how jittery you make me. Both of us acting as if its never happened. Somehow though, it seems we both sense something different here. There's a look in your eye I dont think I noticed before.... You got me so shook boy, I dont know which way is up. Its been so long since I've felt like this And believe me it feels good. (Does this mean I'm Hooked?) |
