Thank you two simple words that I hope mean something to you I hope that they can make you as happy as you've made me when you give me all your heart You do so much for me how could I ever doubt that you care for me thank you for being patient and not being afraid to show me Why do you do all this? it seems so naive to say its for love but it must be that's the only explanation Thank you for being there thank you for not taking me for granted thank you for believing in equality for showing it to me You mean so much to mean and to think I almost gave it up because I was afraid to let go afraid to live again, afraid to trust How did you do it How did you break down my defenses so quickly Does that make me less complicated or more simple Thank you for shattering my walls and giving me back my faith God brought us together two people who are so simliar and that need each other so much Thank you for being there for me for holding my hand when I need guidance for doing the things I don't wanna do for wiping my tears away, and making me smile Thank you seems so small compared to what you've done for me You've shattered my doubts bolstered my faith and all i can say is thank you |
