Yes. Everlasting love is possible. But you better not cry. And you better not pout. Or shout ugly words. You better play nice. Be plastic if at all possible. And in case you don't know, if your parents are not still happily married and living in your childhood home where you were served milk with every meal, everlasting happiness is not for you. You are the damned. You are stamped with "Jerry Springer" reject, marked with the Beast. You need to leave America immediately. You do not deserve a house in a prosperous neighborhood. You do not deserve a couple of shiny cars in the garage. You are not worthy of Durango, Colorado or Cabo San Lucas. You are not worthy of Las Vegas once a year. You need to shuffle your sorry ass on down the line. Go to Mexico. They need more broken spirits who will work for next to nada. Go to France. Everyone knows France sucks. Or Canada. Canada sucks even harder. Be honorable. Be noble. Do not marry someone who is better than you. Breed with your own kind or not at all. Go to the mall and buy a slice of pizza and forget about it. Everlasting love is possible but Gobstoppers are less trouble. |
