It’s time to get out the stockings
Time to put up the tree
Bake the cookies
Make black walnut fudge
Finesse with all the pleasantries
It’s time to be reminded
That the sun is why we are here
And if that sucker doesn’t
Turn back on warm soon
This cold is going to freeze off my ears
It’s time to light the candles
Let us raise a glass of cheer
Here’s to all the love we have witnessed
Here is to all the love yet to come
So let’s now go take off all our clothes
