Peace

Yes love and hate are powerful opposites
Full of echos and chimes
Too tall these dark shadows
Eternally bloody and cold
Where peace and love can never dominate
Only try to bring icy waters home
To kisses and kindness where
Guardian angels and eagles dwell
In emerald forests and fishing spots
Not deathly bounties of hell
And where you hardly ever worry
About someone watching your back
Because you’re safe
You’re back on track....
